I ran into a frustrating issue with Adobe Premiere Pro CC when I undocked a panel. I couldn’t figure out how to redock the @%&$@#@ thing. Well, let’s get straight to the point.. here’s how redock a panel in Adobe Premiere Pro CC. So you’ve got a floating panel… (Yes, I was editing a video of a box.. it’s for an unboxing. Check out our Twober Tech Youtube channel for the unboxing video.) Now let’s re-dock said floating panel. Here’s the trick, you need to hover over a certain area of the panel to be able to drag it back to dock. Move your cursor to this area (outlined in red), the cursor will change, and now you can drag it back to dock it. As you drag the panel back to the main Premiere window to dock it, you’ll get a panel layout preview (of sorts) and the area where the panel will dock will be highlighted. As seen below the center area is highlighted and the borders show a lighter shade. If you want to dock the panel to the right drag it to the area on the right, etc. That’s all for this Quick Lesson and Twober Tech Tip. If this helped let us know in the comments below.
